Welcome to DesiJobs.in. By accessing or using our job portal, website services, or mobile applications, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. 100% Free Forever Promise

DesiJobs.in is built as a non-commercial, open-source initiative to help millions of Indian youth find direct, verified blue-collar and entry-level jobs.

  • **Job Seekers** will never have to pay a single rupee for creating accounts, search filters, resume submissions, or contact unlocks.
  • **Employers / Recruiters** can list vacancies, add screening parameters, view applicants, and connect with them for ₹0 with absolutely zero hidden paywalls.

2. Strict "No Candidate Fees" Policy

We enforce a **zero-tolerance policy** against job posting fraud:

  • Employers are strictly prohibited from charging candidates any form of fees, deposits, training charges, documentation costs, or laptop security bag fees.
  • Any listing requesting candidates to make a payment or purchase courseware is immediately deleted upon detection or seeker report.
  • The employer account, phone number, company profile, and associated IP addresses will be **permanently suspended** from our portal.

3. CyberCell India & Fraud Penalties

We actively audit recruiter behavior and log device information for security purposes.

**Important Legal Notice:** Attempting to defraud young Indian job seekers on our platform is a punishable criminal offense under the Information Technology (IT) Act of India. If an Employer is verified as a scam placement agency or fraudster:

  • We will cooperate fully with the Cyber Crime Cell of India (CyberCell).
  • We will share all logs, phone numbers, registered GSTIN profiles, device fingerprints, and location data to facilitate automated legal prosecution.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

While we run advanced ML keyword screening filters and manually review posts, DesiJobs.in does not act as an employer, placement agency, or legal counterparty. We are a direct connecting directory. Seekers are advised to verify the physical existence of the office and never pay any money prior to official employment contracts.

5. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time to combat evolving online recruitment threats. Continued use of the platform constitutes agreement to the updated Terms of Service.
